Project One
Young Chapel Hill family finished their house renovations. Time for the pool and entertainment area.
Pool renovations are never easy but when they turn out, as well as this one did, it makes it all worthwhile.
Project Two
This Pullenvale family have travelled enough. Time to kick the tenants out and add their own special touch, sit back and enjoy.
Wish list: | 12m lap pool |
| garage with storage | |
| water tank | |
| new balustrading | |
| fresh paint | |
| native gardens | |
| driveway with parking |
Project Three
Back when mum was growing up, she had always talked about swimming in creeks and dams. She never guessed we would be landscaping around one of her old favourite neighbourhood swimming hole.
Referral came from local Earthmoving company, Chase Earthmoving that a long time customer of theirs needed some landscaping.
Project Four
Fence or fill it in!
Faced with having to fence their 28 year old pool this Brookfield family decided to freshin up the whole area.
S&E Gardens worked with Mr John Baldwin, Baldwin Aquatics. Together we devised a plan to meet the requirements.
Our most recent complement was returning for the yearly inspection and hearing that the pool and surrounding area was no longer an embarrassment to the kids and friends and the owners used their new pool extensively by all members of the family.
"Well done S&E Gardens and Baldwin Aquatics."
Project Five
This Pullenvale family love the acreage but hate the maintenance.
Faced with the daunting task of having to brush cut the front of the property being too steep to mow, it was easy to see where we could help.
A couple of jobs now we have managed to reshape an ugly bank and create a new landscape, useable for a game of cricket, football, or even a marquee for that special occasion.
Project Six
Kenmore property in need of freshening up. New front fence, no gates required. Noise barrier, new pathways, outdoor lighting, new retaining walls, blue cooch lawn and gardens.
Project Seven
Our 4th job in 12 years for this academic couple from St Lucia. Kids have grown up and left home, an out dated swimming pool not used anymore, in the middle of Brisbane’s worst drought.
Simple!
We converted the pool to a water storage tank and created a new outdoor entertaining area. Included is a fish pond, water feature, fountains, outdoor lighting, fernery and fully automated irrigation system.
Project Eight
Our 9th job at Straddie was a family holiday home which had been renovated inside after 30 years of holiday fun.
The objectives were to provide better and safer access for carrying bags and luggage etc. to the house and to ensure minimal on-going maintenance.
PGH fade resistant clay pavers were used to allow us to create the shape of sea shells and waves for a beachy feel.
Pavers were laid on concrete to reduce ants and weeds. Driveway and turn around area with local road base.
